We accept reservation fees at any time. The reservation fee of $500 is paid to hold your spot in line to pick out your puppy.
Reservation fees can be paid with Zelle or card. Zelle is sent to 843-708-3035 under Samantha Hopkins.
A spot or puppy is not reserved until reservation fee and reservation form have been received.
Full payment is due at 7 weeks.
How Our Priority Waitlist Works
At Palm Belle Doodles, we do things a little differently. Instead of accepting reservation fees for one specific litter, all of our paid families join one Priority Master Waitlist.
We chose this system because puppies and Mother Nature don't always follow a perfect plan. Litter sizes can vary, timing can change, and we cannot guarantee how many boys or girls, colors, coat types, or individual temperaments a litter will have.
We never want a family to feel pressured to choose a puppy simply because they placed their reservation fee on a specific litter.
One Reservation. One Master List. More Flexibility. 🤍
When you submit your $500 reservation fee, you are added to our Priority Master Waitlist in the order your reservation is received.
When we have an upcoming litter, we begin at the top of our Priority Waitlist and contact families in order.
When it's your turn, you can decide:
YES — I'm interested in this litter!
You'll be added to that litter's selection group, with puppy selection continuing in Priority Waitlist order.
NOT THIS ONE — I'd rather wait.
That's completely fine! You remain on our Priority Master Waitlist and keep your priority for another future opportunities.
You aren't starting over at the bottom simply because a particular litter wasn't right for you.
Why Don't We Take Litter-Specific Reservations?
Because we believe choosing your puppy should be about finding the right fit, not feeling obligated to choose from one particular litter.
You may originally think you want a certain litter and then discover the timing isn't right. Maybe you're hoping for a boy and the litter has mostly girls. Maybe you're waiting for a certain markings or coloring. Or maybe life simply changes.
With a litter-specific reservation system, families can feel locked into a litter before we even know exactly what that litter will produce.
Our Master Waitlist gives you flexibility while still rewarding families who joined early.
Your reservation secures your priority position with Palm Belle Doodles, rather than tying you to puppies that haven't even been born yet.
What Does My Number on the Master List Mean?
Your position determines the order in which families are given opportunities and select puppies.
However, being #10 on our Master Waitlist does not necessarily mean there are nine families ahead of you wanting the same puppy.
Families ahead of you may:

Be waiting for a later go-home date

Want a specific gender
-
Prefer certain coloring

Decide a particular litter isn't the right fit

Choose to pass and remain on the Master Waitlist
Because of this, families can sometimes receive an opportunity much sooner than they expect.
Palm Belle's Reserved Picks
Palm Belle reserves the first two placements in each litter for our program.
We may choose to retain a puppy or make another placement that supports the future of our program and lines. If we do not use one or both of those placements, those puppies may become available to our Priority Waitlist families.
Pet-family selections then continue in Priority Waitlist order.

Our Standby List is completely free and only requires your email address.
It's perfect for families who love Palm Belle Doodles and are interested in a future puppy but aren't quite ready to make a commitment.
Priority Waitlist families always receive opportunities first. If puppies remain available after we've worked through the interested families on our Priority Waitlist, we can then reach out to all families on our Standby List.
The important difference:
