METHOD (select one)

There is a $200 retainer fee due via CASH or ZELLE to hold your spot which goes towards total price.

     [ ] Side by side AI. Remaining amount is due in full upon arrival at Houston County Animal Clinic Erin, TN.

     [ ] Shipped chilled semen. Remaining amount due in full before collection and shipment take place.

Dam Owner agrees to bring said Dam to Stud Owners residence for live cover. Dam can be boarded for three ties. Please note one tie can be sufficient with progesterone testing. Dam Owner must pick up within 24 hours of being notified of 3rd tie or a $75 a day boarding fee will apply unless other arrangements have been made.

For side-by-side Dam Owner agrees to meet at Houston County Animal Clinic Erin, TN.

For shipped semen Dam Owner agrees to pay collection and shipping fees directly to Houston County Animal Clinic Erin, TN.

PAYMENT PACKAGES (select one)

Both parties agree that the Dam and Stud being bred are in good overall health with negative brucellosis testing.

 

Successful breeding is defined as two or more puppies produced. If NO puppies are produced a certified, official veterinarian statement is required to secure a re-breed. Stud Owner is not responsible if live puppies die within the first 48hrs, live puppies means live at the time of birth.

If pick of litter is used for form of payment the Stud Owner gets SECOND pick. If pick of litter is decided upon as payment Stud Owner will chose puppy no later than the 7th week of life. Dam Owner will get to choose 1st pick puppy, and the remainder of the litter will be made available to the Stud Owner before opening the litter to the public. Stud Owners pick puppy will come with full registration and breeding rights. In the event that a 2nd pick puppy is not available, due to number of puppies born or quality is not available, Dam Owner will pay the stud owner the normal monetary stud fee listed above to close breeding contract out. Should the Stud Owner choose a puppy as stud fee; they have the right to either keep, sell or place the puppy with a third party. Pick puppy will be picked up by Stud Owner at 8 weeks.

REGARDING GUARANTEED SERVICES:

The following conditions must be met to qualify for guaranteed services:

- Proof must be submitted of failure to conceive.

• If Dam fails to conceive on the first service, the Stud Owner will supply a free re-breeding. Dam Owner is responsible for any collection and/or shipping cost. If the second breeding also fails to produce a litter Stud Owner will conduct a current sperm count. If the sperm count is not viable, the Stud Owner will refund any money paid towards the stud fee. If the stud is proven viable, the stud owner will be released of any liability.

- Ultrasound must be done by a license vet between day 30-45 to confirm pregnancy.

- Guaranteed or free re-breed on the same female at NEXT heat cycle. Proof must be supplied if NO puppies are produced.

 

By signing below, both parties agree and understand the above-stated terms of the contract.

In the event of disputes regarding this contract, all legal action will occur in Montgomery County, TN. Dam Owner will be liable for all court costs and legal fees.
